Please review our shipping policy below.
When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It takes 1–2 business days to process your order (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you do not receive your confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder.
1. Order Processing
We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.
All in-stock orders placed Monday–Friday ship the same day if ordered before 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day.
We ship orders as soon as possible; however, this may not always be the same day the order is placed. We do not guarantee processing time, shipment dates, or delivery dates. All dates are estimates only.
Average U.S. deliveries take 4–9 business days. Please allow 1–4 days for tracking updates to appear. Transit begins the first business day after your order ships. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update — but your order is still on the way.
2. International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide with DHL Express.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — this means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid and included in your total at checkout.
Your package will arrive without any additional charges or unexpected costs.
We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible.
3. Delayed Packages
Orders are shipped to the exact delivery address entered by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct — we are unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your order is placed.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we provide carrier estimates. Please note that USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package takes longer than estimated, please contact the carrier directly for an update.
No refunds or exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases. We cannot offer refunds for packages delayed due to adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
If your tracking information does not show any updates within 4 weeks, the package will be considered lost in transit.
In this case, Ilaria Intimates may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement shipment once the carrier’s investigation confirms the package is missing.
Refunds are not issued for lost packages, as all orders are shipped with tracking and proof of dispatch.
Returns and refunds apply only to orders that have been successfully delivered and received by the customer.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
We are unable to redirect packages or issue refunds once your order is placed. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address provided at checkout. If this information is incorrect, we cannot reimburse you if the package is lost or misdelivered.
We are not responsible for lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses — including missing apartment numbers, incorrect postal codes, or spelling errors.
If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, please email us at hello@ilariaintimates.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
If your order has already shipped, please contact your shipping carrier directly to request an address correction or delivery intercept.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
IlariaIntimates.com provides customers with tracking information for every order.
If your tracking information shows that your package was “Delivered” but you have not received it, please follow these steps before contacting us:

Wait 36 hours. Packages may show as delivered while still in transit.

Check around your property — front porch, mailbox, garage, bushes, or back door.

Look for a delivery notice or “attempted delivery” card from the carrier.

Check with neighbors, family members, or roommates who may have accepted delivery on your behalf.

If you live in an apartment complex, ask your property manager or front office — carriers often leave packages with management for safekeeping.

Review your shipping address on your order confirmation for any typos or missing details.

Sometimes carriers have more details than what appears online and may be holding your package for pickup.
If you are still unable to locate your package after completing the above steps:

File a missing package claim with the carrier.

Once you have a claim number, email it to us at hello@ilariaintimates.com with your order details.
The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Ilaria Intimates cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information shows the item has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
We will do our best to assist you once a claim is filed, but Ilaria Intimates cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages that the carrier marks as “Delivered.”
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items immediately.

File a damage claim with the carrier.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ilariaintimates.com with your order number, tracking number, and claim reference.
We will help you provide documentation to the carrier, but refunds or replacements can only be issued once the carrier confirms that they are responsible for the damage.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express — fast, reliable, and fully trackable.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Duties and taxes are prepaid, so there are no extra fees upon delivery.
