At ILARIA Intimates, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery of your orders. We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, so we offer flexible and reliable shipping options across the United States and around the world.

 

General Information

  • Processing hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST
  • Orders ship from Philadelphia, PA
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays/after 3 PM process next business day
  • You will receive order confirmation with payment confirmation and an email with tracking once we process your order.  

 

Handling Policy

  • Orders ship within 24 hours on business days.
  • Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship next business day.

 

Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping: 3–5 business days. We provide complimentary shipping on all purchases exceeding $79 (within USA). To avail of this offer, please ensure to select the 'FREE SHIPPING' option during checkout. 
  • Ground: 3–5 business days
  • Priority: 2–3 business days
  •  UPS: 3 Day Select , 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air also available at the check out.
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please be advised that this timeframe does not include the date the order was placed.

Please note that there may be delays due to mailing processes. ILARIA Intimates is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the postal service.

Shipping costs depend on your location and chosen method and are displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships.

If you cannot find the tracking:

Signature Required

If there is a risk of package theft, we recommend adding Signature Required (typically $3–$4).

  •  Hotels
  •  Shared mailrooms
  •  Houses with porch deliveries

Please track your package using the tracking number sent to your email.

 

Delivery Service & Couriers

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Delivery Location

Packages are delivered to the STANDART delivery location used by the selected courier (mailbox, front door, parcel locker, or building mail area), exactly as they deliver all other packages.

Please note:
Couriers do not provide special services such as knocking on doors, calling ahead, leaving packages inside buildings, or delivering to specific rooms or floors.
If you require special delivery instructions or additional services, you must contact the courier directly after receiving your tracking number.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

 

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

ILARIA Intimates is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the reshipment fee.

If your tracking states “Delivered” but you cannot find the package, please contact the carrier immediately.

 

📦 LOST, MISSING, OR “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES

Once the package is shipped, ILARIA Intimates is no longer responsible for the package.

Delivery scans, delays, customs actions, reroutes, and final delivery decisions are entirely handled by the carrier.

If Your Package Is Marked as “Delivered,” but You Can’t Find It

If tracking shows “Delivered”, please read the full tracking details and contact the carrier immediately.

Packages may be:

  • mis-delivered
  • held at a nearby office
  • placed in a package locker
  • left with neighbors
  • scanned early

Contacting the carrier directly ensures the fastest resolution because they have access to internal GPS delivery data and last-mile delivery notes.

 

If Tracking Says “Rerouted,” “Forwarded,” “Undeliverable,” etc.

If your package shows unexpected scans, please contact the carrier right away for clarification.

Only the carrier can make corrections while the package is in transit.

 

USPS National Holidays

On the following dates, USPS does not process or deliver mail:


  • New Year’s Day: Thursday, January 1
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, January 19
  • Presidents' Day: Monday, February 16
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day: Friday, June 19
  • Independence Day: Saturday, July 4
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 7
  • Columbus Day (Indigenous Peoples' Day): Monday, October 12
  • Veterans Day: Wednesday, November 11
  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 26
  • Christmas Day: Friday, December 25 

Holiday Delays

During holidays and peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience high volumes, which can result in delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Examples of major holidays that commonly cause delays include (but are not limited to):  New Year’s Day,  Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th),  Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday & Cyber Monday periods

We strongly recommend placing orders early during these times.

Weather & Uncontrollable Delays

Delivery may also be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions (hurricanes, heavy rain, snowstorms, ice storms)
Natural disasters
Carrier operational disruptions
Customs delays for international shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by these events, but we will always provide tracking information so you can stay informed.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a carrier declares a package lost, we will assist you with filing a claim.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier completes its investigation.

If a package arrives damaged, please file a report directly with the carrier.

ILARIA Intimates is not responsible for items damaged after delivery.

 

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT)

International customers

When crossing borders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Refused packages will incur return fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please review your country’s customs rules before placing an order.

Once your package leaves the United States, the responsibility for delivery transfers to your country’s postal service or courier.

To check accurate updates:

  • Enter your tracking number on your country’s carrier website (e.g., Royal Mail, Canada Post, La Poste, Deutsche Post, PostNL, etc.)
  • Review the full tracking details
  • Follow the instructions given by your local carrier

For Canadian and other International Customers: 

For orders to Canada, we provide DHL shipping with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option. All required duties and taxes (DDP) are calculated upfront and are visible at checkout — no hidden fees (brokerage fees etc) or extra payments upon delivery.

For all other international customers, we offer a selection of shipping options through USPS.

If Your Package Is Held at Customs

If your tracking shows “Held at Customs”, this means duties or taxes must be paid.

You must complete these steps:

  • Pay the required customs fee
  • Provide ID or documents (if requested)
  • Follow instructions from customs or your local carrier

Failure to do so may result in the package being returned or destroyed.

If You Are Confused by International Tracking

If the package shows new scans in your country that you do not understand, please contact your local carrier — this is the fastest and most effective way to resolve the issue.

Each country has unique systems, and only your local carrier can assist.

International Returns & Refused Packages

If an international package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason, the return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Packages abandoned at customs are not eligible for a refund.
