ILARIA Intimates — Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your ILARIA Intimates purchase.
If something isn’t perfect, we’ll gladly help you return or exchange it within the guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, hygiene liners, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items returned with removed liners, stains, odors, or visible wear will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale items (including sale, clearance, or promotional items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Combined returns (multiple orders in one package) are not accepted. Each order must be processed separately through the return portal.


2. Eligible Products

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, lingerie, and shapewear are returnable only if unworn and with all original tags and hygiene seals attached.
If the hygiene liner has been removed or the item shows any signs of wear, the return will be denied.


3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns are typically refunded in the form of store credit to your ILARIA Intimates account.

  • First-time exchanges or store credit returns are free.

  • If you prefer a refund to your original method of payment, please note that:

    • It may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Prepaid and gift cards used for payment will be refunded back as a store credit.


4. Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color of the same style.
Additional exchanges are subject to an $8.99 shipping & handling fee.

If your preferred item is out of stock, you’ll automatically receive store credit equal to the product value, valid for 12 months from issue date.


5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@ilariaintimates.com with the subject line “Return Request.”

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (e.g., wrong size, defective, etc.).

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping label.

  • Returns are typically shipped via USPS.

  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated; customers must arrange their own shipping.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number,

  • Clear photos of the issue,

  • And your preferred resolution (replacement or store credit).

We’ll replace or credit the item at no cost once verified.


7. Lost Return Shipments

ILARIA Intimates is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return is confirmed as received.
Returns without tracking confirmation cannot be refunded or replaced.


8. Processing Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection and processing.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been issued.


9. Return Address

Do not send returns without prior authorization.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be refused.
