We offer one FREE exchange for another size of the same item. If you need another exchange after that, the small $8.99 shipping fee will apply.
Wait… how do I send my return back?
Your 1st exchange or return for store credit ships back FREE. If you need another exchange, there’s a small $8.99 shipping fee. After you submit your return, we’ll send you a USPS prepaid label to drop it off.
Do I have to print a return label?
Yes. We’ll send you a USPS prepaid label — just drop it at your closest USPS facility.
Can I return something if I already wore or washed it?
To keep everything clean and safe for everyone, items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, we’re really sorry about that. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right for you.
Just submit a request through our returns portal, select “Item was damaged”, and upload a photo of the issue. Once we review it, we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I get a refund to my original payment method?
Returns are typically refunded in the form of store credit to your ILARIA Intimates account.
If you prefer a refund to your original method of payment, please note that it may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I return items marked Final Sale?
No, items marked Final Sale are part of special promotions or limited pieces, so they aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if my return package gets lost on the way back?
Once your return is on its way back to us, we recommend keeping your shipping receipt or tracking number, just in case.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit, so having tracking helps protect your return.
