What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All transactions are 100% secure, and your payment information is always encrypted for your protection.
Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
We start preparing your order the moment it’s placed to get it to you as quickly as possible.
If you need to make a change, reach out to us right away — and we’ll do our very best to catch it before it ships. 💌
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a message as soon as possible — we’ll do everything we can to update or cancel it in time.
Once your order is on its way, it can’t be changed or stopped, but you’re always welcome to return it through our Return Policy.
Can I place an order for store pickup?
Not yet 💌
For now, all orders ship directly from our fulfillment center, packed with care and extra love from the ILARIA team.
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order means you’re claiming your favorite piece before it officially launches. ✨
Your size and color are reserved just for you, and your order ships first the moment it arrives at our warehouse.
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation as soon as it’s on its way.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days.
Shipping takes around 3–6 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships — so you can follow it every step of the way.
Need it faster? Orders placed with 2-day shipping are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 3PM on Friday will begin processing the following week.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link — just click to watch your package make its way to you.
If tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, send us a quick note — we’ll help you check on it right away.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and to 30+ international destinations. 🌍
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, send us a quick note — we’re always expanding and would love to reach you soon.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
Oh no — we’re so sorry that happened. 💔
Please email us at hello@ilariaintimates.com with photos of the item and its packaging.
Our team will take care of it right away — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
What do I do if I received an incorrect item?
So sorry about that, love.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ilariaintimates.com with your order number and a photo of what you received.
We’ll ship the correct piece right away — no extra cost, no hassle.
Product Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
Final Sale items (including sale, clearance, or promotional styles) can’t be returned or exchanged.
Your first exchange is free — additional exchanges include a small $8.99 shipping & handling fee.
Refunds are typically issued as store credit, or to your original payment method (minus any return shipping or handling costs).
How do I make a return?
To start a return, simply email hello@ilariaintimates.com with the subject line “Return Request.”
Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason (wrong size, not a perfect fit, etc.).
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions along with a QR code or prepaid label (usually via USPS).
For APO/FPO addresses, return labels aren’t available — customers may arrange their own shipping.
After your package arrives at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after approval — timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Can I return a sale item?
Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
If your sale item arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
I've already opened my product. Can I exchange it?
Opening the outer packaging is okay. We can accept exchanges only if the item is unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner intact.
If the liner is removed or there are stains/odors/visible wear, we can’t approve the return/exchange.
How do I return a gift I've received?
We're sorry you didn't love your gift!
Contact us with the order number (if available) or the purchaser’s name/email.
Eligible items can be returned for store credit issued to you (the recipient). Refunds to the original payment method are only available to the original purchaser.
Can I have my shipping cost refunded?
Original shipping is non-refundable.
Exceptions: if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the fix (replacement or credit) per our policy. First-time exchanges/returns for store credit ship free; additional exchanges may incur $8.99.
When can I expect my refund?
After your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
- Store credit: issued once processing is complete.
- Refund to original payment: typically 5–10 business days after processing (bank/card timelines may vary).
Gifts + Gift Cards
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Of course! You can easily add a gift message to your order at checkout. If you've already placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to include a gift message. Please email hello@ilariaintimates.com and we'll see what we can do.
Why hasn't my giftee received their digital gift card?
If your recipient hasn’t received their digital gift card within a few minutes:
- Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
If everything looks right and they still can’t find it, contact us at hello@ilariaintimates.com, and we’ll resend the card immediately.
Do gift cards expire?
Never. 💌
Ilaria Intimates gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees.
Your balance will remain available until it’s fully used.
I lost my gift card! Can you look up my gift card number?
Of course. Just email hello@ilariaintimates.com with the purchaser’s name, email, or order number.
We’ll verify your information and reissue your gift card to the original email address on file — safely and securely.

How do I sign into my account?

Sale + Discounts
Can I enter more than one discount code at checkout?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
If you have multiple offers, choose the one that gives you the best value — our system automatically applies the most beneficial option.
I shopped outside the sales period -- can I have the discount retroactively applied to my order?
We love a good deal too, but discounts can’t be applied retroactively once a purchase is completed.
