How do I know my size?

What if the fit isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The first exchange per order is free — no return shipping cost. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner attached.
Can I wear this all day?
Yes — designed for long-wear comfort. Check the Support level indicator above: Light is for everyday, Medium for fitted days, Firm for events. Firm shapewear is built for hours, not a full eight-hour workday — pick by what you need that day.
Will it show under fitted clothing?
Seamless construction is designed to disappear under fitted tees, dresses, knits, and light blouses. See the "How it sits under your clothes" section below for real outfit examples. Under very sheer or white fabric, match the color to your skin tone for the cleanest result.
How do I care for ILARIA pieces?
Hand wash cold and dry flat. No bleach, iron, or tumble dry. Skipping the dryer is the single biggest thing you can do to make your bras and shapewear last. Wash separately from items with hooks or zippers.
What if I'm between sizes?
For everyday wear, size up — wireless bras and soft shapewear feel softer at a slightly larger size. For firm shapewear meant for one specific occasion (event, photo, fitted dress), keep your usual size to preserve the sculpted feel. When in doubt, size up. First exchange is free.
